As the name Great Duke is given to demons who succeed to a great position, it is felt that this is why the demon Barbatos is frequently seen in places of authority. But it is felt that in this instance Prince Charles of Great Britain, at this point, is playing a major role.
In the first image posted in MDGK #2, Charles looks very Russo/Rasputin/Barbatos.
Perhaps the USA should consider a possible whistle-blower in Great Britain who is trying to derail a blood monster.
