In 1990, the US Government started a iPhone system that would assist the handicapped with assisted conversations by use use of either a personal attendant or a digital computer. It was designed to help persons located buttons on phones that are generally use for Internet online forms and iPhone services, such as in banking, hospital emergency, etc. It was with these handicapped services, TTD, TTY, SID, etc. that the very first electrical shocks were send via email accounts, such as, Hotmail. The shocks were generally to the ear and face, but over time, and with the use of Spyrix ball and other fiber types, the shocking increased until this isolated, criminal activity today is well out of control.
