Panda and CiCi

Though who regularly follow along will know that KAPB is refreshing and updated the information posted during the beginning years of 'Plutonium'. Panda Garden has had a few posts, and the most resent included more information about what happened at the strip mall that the Asian restaurateur.CiCI came to visit KAPB a day or two after the post mentioning her as a potential cause for all the violence and gang style abuse in the neighborhood.
The girl pictured in the last update is none other than CiCi we are referring to. Hauling into KAPB's central offices, as it were, all the assassins, who like both Asian food as well as pizza, that the girl CiCi could find in the summer months of a debunked university town, she leveled a single attack against both residents and property owners. Quickly identified by the aroma of spun rice, love that stuff, her cob web of destruction soon fell into the same plight as the summer months at OU.
How are the two connected, that is, Pizza and Pot Stickers? Why is it that both love the word 'TiTi'?
KAPB needs to stop, up the anti, and do something before things get clogged in the the pipes of government bureaucracy.
