Diamond Carl is a little known gambler who spent his life following after the famous financier Diamond Jim Brady. As much as Brady developed stocks and bonds in the early American construction ears, Carl built his smaller empire with organized crime interests. Mimicking the patterns of Diamond Jim Brady, 'Diamond Carl' had boys and girls in every side port that Diamond Jim Brady had stocks in.
