This weapon was also turned into a transmitter that operates with the use of human or animal blood.
Very tiny, the mechanical sword worked to transmit signals from one device to another when two bodies passed by each other; thus allowing for a transfer of information. Simply walking around and by people, or animals, any agency could ship data from site to site with out ever using the WiFi, etc..
