Why this was suggested by Bruce is not really known. Perhaps a threat towards uniformed personal where Bruce had opened doors into, or subtle statements directed towards the state's investigators at this crime scene, but he did make this comment. Crime in the ranks should be noted as avenues leading to the dead.
